HOW TO RAISE A COMPLAINT
Allocation of a complaint number (RMA)
RMA is an identification number under which we track specific complaints. A reference to the RMA number excludes misunderstandings and inaccuracies and accelerates communication. During the allocation of an RMA number will perform a number of checks (to verify that the goods are purchased in e-shop FanObchod.cz, if warranted, etc.).
RMA number is not a condition for receipt of a claim.
Send a complaint
In case you send goods by post or courier make clear under which RMA defective goods are tracked. If in one package will be more claimed goods, it is necessary to clearly mark the RMA number on each article inside the package. It must be accompanied by the proof of purchase of goods and a cover letter with an accurate description of the defect and valid contact information.
