The online store FanObchod.cz is organizing on their website competitions for souvenirs, loyalty points or other prizes. If you want to participate in the competition you need to follow the specified rules and conditions on this page and where appropriate also special conditions for each competition.

Conditions of the competition

The organizer of the competition is FanObchod.cz portal, who also reserves its right to cancel the competition at any time in case of special situations or change its rules without compensation for prizes.

Conditions for participation

The competitions are open to all registered customers of the FanObchod.cz portal.

To compete as a contestant you must not be a contractual employee, who is directly involved in the operation of the portal FanObchod.cz, or their family member, business partners, who dedicate prizes or organize competitions, facilitate, sponsor, or otherwise provide technical support, or cooperate in any other way as well as their family members.

Rules for the competitions

The winner is the person that meets the conditions of the competition and correctly answered the competition question/s and provided all the information necessary for a proper and unmistakable identification and was declared as the winner.

The winner will be informed via email about the win. If he is invited via email to take over the prize, or provide additional data necessary to take over the prize and will not respond to such an email within 5 days, the price will expire in behalf of the portal.

The entitlement to win expires if the winner violates any obligation specified in the general or specific terms of competition, or held contrary to good morals (provided false information, received prize based on fraudulent behavior, etc.), in case he did not pick up the prize within the prescribed or agreed period, or did not request an extension for justifiable reason.

The portal FanObchod.cz is not responsible for any defects arisen during postal delivery or in connection with it. Any claims arising out of a wrong delivery or non-delivery of prizes, proceeds from portal FanObchod.cz to the winner.

With the participation in the competition, the participant agrees to the ruels and conditions as well as the specific conditions of the competition.
All prizes in the competitions can not be enforced in court.
